!  The Road Most Traveled (or the Body of Progress)

Poem

by

David E. Booker

Bodies left beside

the Road of Progress

Rarely get to speak

of their Successes

Sidewalk and street

The Road to Success may not be easy, but it is often commented on, at least by those who have made it or want to make it. But it is often through failure that we learn the most.

David E. Booker struggles to learn about web site building, writing, and fatherhood. He lives in a 100-year-old house where pieces of congealed coal dust can be heard caroming through the whole-house vacuum hose as they are sucked up from between the slats in the heart pine floor.
